Bogata torta – apsolutno fantastična!

KAKO NAJBRZE I NAJLAKSE NAPRAVITI VELIKU BOGATU TORTU ZA SVA VASA SLAVLJA.

RECEPT-
KORE x 2

10 bjelanjaka- egg whites
3 cijela jaja- whole eggs
250 gr secera- sugar
1 dcl ulja- oil
1 dcl vruce vode- hot water
4 zl tamnog kakaa- dark cacao powder
13 zl przenih sjeckanih ljesnjaka- toasted finelly grind hazelnuts
1 prasak za pecivo- baking powder
10 zl brasna- all purpose flour

Peci dvije iste kore u plehu velicine 30-40… ili 32/42
Na 180* 15-20 min.

KREMA-

1.800 mlijeka- milk
20 zumanjaka- egg yolks
300 gr secera- sugar
2 vanil secera- vanilla sugars
4 vr pudinga od vanilije- bags of vanilla puding powder
Skuhati i ohladiti- cook and than chill

Dodati- add:

300 gr maslaca- butter
100 gr secera u prahu- powdered sugar
Podijeliti na dvije polovice- divide into two halfs

U jednu polovicu dodati 200 gr tamne cokolade-in one half add 200 gr melted dark chocolate

SLAG- WHIPPED CREAM

1 l vrhnja za slag- doublle cream
1 vr vanil slag kreme- bag of inastant vanilla cream powder..

Miksati dok se zgusne- mix until nice and firm

Po zelji- optional-

Prelijevati kreme sa 3 zl nutelle, 100 gr cokolade i 1 dcl mlijeka- posipati przenim sjeckanim bademima i keksom- drizlle on top of creams- 3 tbs of nutella, 100 gr dark chocolate, 1 dcl milk… coat with baked rughly chopped almonds and buiscits.

Buttercream-

300 gr maragrina- butter
250 gr secera u prahu- powderd sugar
200 gr otopljene cokolade- tamne ili bijele- melted chocolate- dark or white as preferd.

Dekoracija po zelji- decor as you like.
