Kolač sa breskvama i mascarpone sirom iz Bebine kuhinje.

Sastojci / Ingredients:

Biskvit / Biscuit:
– 4 jaja / 4 eggs
– 50g maslac / 50g butter
– 5 kašika brašna / 5 spoon of flour
– 1/2 kesice praška za pecivo / 1/2 tea spoon of baking powder
– 6 kašika šećera / 6 spoon of sugar
– 150g rastopljene čokolade / 150g melted chocolate

Fil / Filling:
– 500g maskarpone / 500g mascarpone
– 200ml slatke pavlake / 200ml sweet cream
– 150g šećera u prahu / 150g powdered sugar
– rendana korica od 1/2 limuna / lemon peel form 1/2 leomon
– 1 kafena kašičica ekstrakta vanile / 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
– 1 kesica kremfiksa / 1 small bag of whipping cream stabilizer
– 400g seckanih bresaka / 400g chopped peaches
– 150ml vode / 150ml water
– 2 kašike želatina / 2 spoon of cake gelatine

Za dekoraciju / For decoration:
– 1/2 kesice preliva za torte / 1/2 small bag of cake topping
– 2 kašike šećera / 2 spoon of sugar
– 125ml vode / 125ml water
– 3 breskve / 3 peaches
