– 500 g GLATKOG BRAŠNA / 500 g all purpose flour

– 5 g SUHOG KVASCA / 5 g dry yeast

– 50 g ŠEĆERA / 50 g sugar

– 1 žličica AROME VANILIJE / 1 tsp vanilla extract

– 50 g OTOPLJENOG MASLACA + OKO 150 g ZA PREMAZIVANJE / 50 g melted butter + about 150 g for coating

– 1 JAJE / 1 egg

– 2 ŽUMANJKA / 2 egg yolks

– KORICA LIMUNA / lemon zest

– 2 PRSTOHVATA SOLI / 2 pinches of salt

– 220 ml TOPLOG MLIJEKA / 220 ml lukewarm milk

– 300 g NAMAZA (LINO LADA, PEKMEZI…) / 300 g spread (nutella, jam…)
