Ukus koji se ne zaboravlja: Linzer kocke s makom i višnjama

Linzer kocke sa makom i višnjama iz Bebina kuhinje.

Sastojci / Ingredients:
– 200g brašna / 200g flour
– 120g margarina / 120g margarine
– 1 jaje / 1 egg
– prstohvat soli / pinch of salt
– 1 kašičica praška za pecivo / 1 tea spoon of baking powder
– 30g šećera u prahu / 30g powdered sugar
– 1-2 kašike vode po potrebi / 1-2 spoon water if needed

Fil / Filling:
– 200g mlevenog maka / 200g ground poppy seed
– 1 kašika meda / 1 spoon of honey
– 100g šećera / 100g sugar
– 1 vanilin šećer / 1 vanilla sugar
– 1 kašičica cimeta / 1 tea spoon of cinnamon
– 1dl vode / 1dl water
– rendana korica limuna / grated lemon zest
– 3 kašike pekmeza (džema) od višanja / 3 spoon of cherry jam

Pena od višanja / Cherry mousse:
– 200g zamrznutih višanja /200g frozen cherries
– 6 kašika šećera / 6 spoon of sugar
– sok od 1/2 limuna / juice from 1/2 lemon
– 3 kašike vode / 3 spoon of water
– 10g želatina / 10g gelatine
– 2-3 kašike vode za želatin / 2-3 spoon water for gelatine
– 3dl slatke pavlake / 3dl sweet cream
