Lino kocke – bogat i izdasan kolac!
Sastojci- ingreadients
Kora- sponge
10 bjelanjaka- egg whites
250 gr secera- sugar
1, 5 dcl ulja- oil
100 gr ostrog brasna- pastry flour
50 gr krusnih mrvica- bread crums
150 gr popecenih ljesnjaka- baked hazelnuts
50 gr sirovih mlj ljesnjaka- plane finnely chopped hazelnuts
1 prasak- baking powder
Krema- Cream
10 zumanjaka- egg yolks
100 gr secera- sugar
4 vanil secera- vanilla flavored sugar
3 pudinga od vanilije- vanilla pudding
1200 l. mlijeka- milk
250 gr maslaca- butter
Skuhati i podijeliti u dva dijela- cook chill than divide into two parts.
I yellow add-
2 zl bijele linolade- 2 tbs milk cream bread spread
50 gr izlomljenog petita- roughly chopped vanilla
cookies
In dsrk cream add:
200 gr cokolade- melted chocolate
2 zl tamne linolade- 2 tbs chocolate and hazelnut cream bread spread
50 gr petit keksa- roughly chopped vanilla cookies
Slag- double cream
300 ml vrhnja za slag- double cream
1 vr slag kreme vanilija- bag of vanilla instant cream
1 vr slag kreme cokolada- bag of chocolate instant cream
2 dcl hladnog mlijeka- cold milk.
Mix and spread over cake. Gratesome chocolate in top. And let it cool down before serving.
