– 400 ml VODE / 400 ml water
– 150 ml MLIJEKA / 150 ml milk
– 100 ml ULJA (mi smo koristili MASLINOVO) / 100 ml oil (we used olive oil)
– 1 ŽLIČICA SOLI / 1 tsp salt
– 1 LIST KADULJE / 1 sage leaf
– 180 g KUKURUZNE KRUPICE / 180 g corn grits
– 100 g KREMASTOG SIRA (mi smo koristili alpski bijeli krem sir) / 100 g cream cheese

NADJEV / stuffing
– 100 g GLJIVA (ŠAMPINJONA) / 100 g mushrooms (champignons)
– 1 VEZICA ZELENOG LUKA / 1 bunch of green onions
– 4 ŽLICE MASLINOVOG ULJA / 4 tbsp olive oil
– 200 g TIKVICA / 200 g zucchini
– SOL / salt
– PAPAR / pepper
– 180-200 g MOZZARELLE / 180-200 g mozzarella

– PAPIR ZA PEČENJE / baking paper
– PEKAČ (PROMJERA 28-30 cm / baking sheet (diameter 28-30 cm)
